Women who, when opting for the stability of public employment, are faced with the

second most dangerous profession in the world, exchanging financial security for

high price of mental health when they have to enter a field every day

of battle to carry out their work as prison guards.

In the interior of São Paulo, Fabrícia works as a guard in a prison

feminine for years and is already hardened by the system, while Amanda has just been

approved in the competitive public course to become an agent and excitedly begins the course

preparatory for work. Following the routine of these two characters,

we meet two women who are looking for financial stability and a dignified life

at work as a criminal enforcement officer.

 

Through the routine of two jailers, we discover the reality of a key profession in the Brazilian prison system.

Amanda is young and dreamy, who has just been admitted to this public job in Brazil. The other is Frabícia, an adult woman brutalized by years of work in prison. Two working-class women who seek financial stability and dignified life in public service.
