It explores the crucial role of women in care, focusing on the gynecological sector of the two largest hospitals in São Paulo — one public and one private. We follow the stories of patients and health professionals, most of whom are women, revealing a fundamental truth: caring is an intrinsically feminine verb, both in language and in practice, and sustains a network of solidarity essential for physical and emotional well-being.

Helena Dias is a creative producer, screenwriter and researcher with over 12 years of experience in the Latin American market. She has worked on “Sementes: Mulheres Negras no Poder”, “A Ditadura Retold”, “Angela” and “Democracia em Vertigem”. “Cuidado, nomes femininos” is her directorial debut.
